Blake has led LanCon through 15 years of building
family homes and has worked with his team on over 250 dwellings. A large volume of these homes being created through property development, many of which Blake has either run or guided clients to the projects completion.

This experience has helped shape the way LanCon has
grown to better support all of our clients from initial
land purchase, through design and approvals and of
course construction.

Blake’s primary focus has always been ensuring the
support of his staff to deliver the best outcome
possible for his clients. Blake’s knowledge of

With over 35 years of industry experience, Bob works closely with clients to bring their vision to life—starting from the very first meeting. Bob's role involves understanding the purpose and function of each home, carefully considering the site’s slope, orientation, and the surrounding neighborhood context. From there, he establishes a clear budget and develops a design strategy that balances practical needs with creative aspirations.

Bob is passionate about using his structural knowledge to guide our design team in building as efficiently and economically as possible. This approach ensures our clients have more flexibility and freedom when it comes to choosing finishes and working with the selection team.
